So I made one last week.
 It's the lyrics from At Last. I walked down the aisle to this song.
It is still just as true today as it was then.
I used an old frame, paint, and a sharpie. All things I had.
I love free crafts.

I hate competition. It makes me so uncomfortable.
 I want to do my best and my life is full enough
 not to have to be right/win.

Peas & Carrots.

A few weeks ago Evie's mom, Michelle and I hit up the cutest children's boutique near her home that was going out of business. 

She had talked highly of the store and we made 

it in on their last weekend open.

While the kids played we wondered around picked up some goodies to put up for presents. We were standing in line and

Michelle looks over and reads this aloud to me in German.

I asked what it was and she just said "peas and carrots".

SHUT YOUR MOUTH!

Why is this so cute?

Jackson and I have this thing that we say to one another.

" I love you more than. . . peas and carrots"

Because he loved peas and I love carrots.

I am not sure why we started saying it but, it stuck.

So when I saw this I knew we had to have one.

Completely precious.

 Little wooden peas and carrots. 

In those hands I love so much.

I am thinking of framing them somehow since 

they are chocking hazzards. 

Best $1.50 spent ever.

Yes, it's been a while you get two phone dumps,

 then I will go into more details about the good stuff.

Jackson loves Cat in the Hat.

We were out one day and he thought this was so fun.

We got our girl for Spring Break.

 Even though we had her for 4 days straight it just wasn't enough.

 We just love when she gets to spend time. Jackson adores his sissy.

My heart is full. <3

She is so funny. Always trying to get a laugh.

The zoo was so fun that day.

We went on a mommy/bub's date.

Seriously I am one lucky momma. 

I checked out furniture, loved this mirror. 

Hubby not so much.

It didn't make the cut.

We also checked out furniture.

 I was the crazy lady walking 

around with our drapes and a paint sample.

Daddy helped finish the painting of the living room.

Some parts were just to high for me and Nanny.

Could not have done it with out her!

My baby brother turned 28. 

For 5 months we are only a year apart.

Then I will be 30. :/ :)

Looked at more furniture...

Realized that there is NO sweeter thing 

than a baby straight out of the bath,

 in a white onesie, that smells like the pink lotion.

Made some one's toddler bed

 into a big boy bed. 

Enjoyed a cookout with nanny, chris and friends.

Slacker

I sat mommy down and gave her this look.

"Why are you slacking on my blog mommy?"

She said she was sorry that she has been busy painting the living room, taking me on play dates, and spending time outside.

I told her it was ok, just don't let it happen again.

I mean I am doing lots of fun things all the time.

Blog worthy things ya know?

Then we hugged and I gave her this face.

and she smiled.
